Yesterday, my husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from your establishment. As everyone knows, purchasing a vehicle can often be a long and exasperating experience. I consider that to be the rule and yesterday's experience the exception.
Despite my overbearing persona (you see, I came fully prepared to get my own way regarding both the trade and the purchase) your staff treated us at all times with respect and courtesy. Specifically, I would like to give credit to Sales Consultant, Will Fathi Ahmed and Sales Manager, Mike McCurry for having the patience and fortitude to work with us in writing a fair sales proposal that involved compromise on both sides but in the end benefited all concerned. These two individuals deserve recognition beyond the writing here and it is my hope that you will see to it that such recognition is given.
Because of yesterday's experience, both my husband and I look forward to a long relationship with Curry Honda and are happy to recommend your dealership to all.

I would like to start by saying that after four Honda dealerships (one very bad experience) Curry Honda "has it going on", what a great expericence!!! From the moment I went in, with my three kids 3, 7 and 9, the staff was willing to help and make my Honda purchase experience the best of its kind. Will Fathi Ahmed and Rick Gordon made this happen, the very high level of personal customer service made the difference, not a manager behind a wall but one very visible and very involved, there at the front of the line. These two member of your staff reflected everything you hear on the radio. Curry Honda is the BEST!!!
The Honda Pilot we purchased is awesome.

I would like to call attention to one of Curry Honda's outstanding employees, Mr. Joe Tomaino.
I am a loyal Honda customer and recently purchased a Honda Certified 2005 CR-V from my local dealership, Motorcars Honda, in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The car is for my daughter Carolyn who is a graduate student at Springfield College.
The car needed service under warranty, and Carolyn was having difficulty getting timely attention from another Honda dealership in the area. I made contact with Mr. Tomaino who promised to give this potential safety problem his careful attention. Joe did an absolutely outstanding job! He took in the car, gave it a close inspection, fixed the problems, kept me informed, and helped look after the warranty issues.
I am very grateful for Mr. Tomaino's dedicated and conscientious service. With my daughter far from home with her first car, obviously this could be a source of worry. Joe has helped give me peace of mind, and I wanted to commend his professionalism. Yes, Curry Honda and its employees are "Simply the Best!"

I am writing this letter to express the positive customer service we received at Curry Honda on Monday, April 20, 2009.
I arrived at Curry Honda approximately 4 p.m. I had been to Lia Honda in Northampton earlier that day, but had notmade a definite selection. So I was just browsing when I entered Curry Honda. We were introduced and greeted by Mohamed Noury known as "Big Mo".
Big Mo was very polite, articulate and engaging. He was very interested in what my specific needs were, and exchanged very useful information about several cars. He rode with us without any disruptions as we test drove a 2002 Honda Civic car. He provided a "hassle-free" atmosphere and allowed us to really test drive the car to our satisfaction. We verbally commended him on his salesmanship style, and began to entertain the idea of purchasing this car.
After some negotiations, we agreed to purchase the 2002 Honda Civic, by leaving a deposit that day. We returned on Tuesday, April 21 to receive the car, and were welcomed by all staff. Big Mo certainly made a positive impression on us, and we will refer all future Honda car owners to Curry Honda and specifically to Big Mo. He is truly an asset to Curry Honda.
Thanks again to Big Mo for his outstanding, great service and to the Business Manager for his financial savvy.
