Our family has purchased several cars from Curry Honda. One of the reasons we return to Curry is because of the great service we consistently receive from the staff of your service department.
Omar Gonzalez, especially, has always been helpful and pleasant to us. He is honest and we feel confident in our dealings with him and value his sound advice and judgment. Recently, we had a power train issue on the front end of our 2017 Honda Civic. Omar took the time to research our records and discovered our repair was covered under our warranty=
I am grateful that he was conscientious and went above and beyond to help a customer. I am also grateful to you for hiring such caring and competent employees as Omar Gonzalez.

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a great employee you have in Joe Tomaino.
 
I am a first time Honda owner and after my experiences with Joe I can honestly say that I have never been treated with such great customer service, politeness, respect and care at any other car dealership I have ever been to.  I was always a chevy or ford customer and was never treated nicely by anyone at those dealerships, they were always quick to talk down or over me. 
 
Joe has proved to me that there are very nice folks in the car industry that will take the time to explain things or show you things in a very pleasant manner.  I came in to Curry with my kids and he was absolutely wonderful.  He has exceptional customer service skills, a huge amount of patience and is extremely polite.  It was an absolute pleasure.  My experience has only cemented the fact that I should have been a Honda owner a long, long time ago. 
 
I hope you will show Joe some appreciation for all of his hard work, he deserves it.  After my experience, I know that I made the right decision in purchasing my Honda from Curry.

I recently brought in my 2007 Ford Fusion for repair from an accident I was involved in. I was very impressed by the way I was treated by you and your staff at the Curry Honda Body Shop. I was told at day one that everything would be taken care of by you and that if I needed anything not to hesitate to call and you were true to your word.
My car was repaired on time and the completed work was beyond my expectations. My compliments to the body shop staff and most of all to your painter. I could not believe how perfectly he matched the color of the paint. The paint was flawless and if I had not known you had done body work I would have never been able to tell it had been touched at all.
Not only was the work perfect but your customer service is something you rarely see nowadays. Due to my hectic work schedule you went out of your way to stay a little later till I picked up my car. And afterwards you made sure I was completely satisfied. You folks at Curry went above and beyond to satisfy your customer.
Thank you very much for all you have done. rest assure that if anyone I know need body work I will definitely be referring them to you.

Where do I begin? I would like to start off by thanking Candace and Rick on a wonderful, pleasant, and easy process on purchasing my new car from Curry. They both helped my wife and I get into the car that we wanted, with no hassles, or gimmicks that other dealers may try to pull. We knew exactly what we wanted to pay for the '10 Pilot, and Candace and Rick made sure that we drove off the lot that day with that SUV(and we did). Once in the showroom, I was directed to Mo, an outstanding sales associate, and Kathy, an exceptional Business Manager, who both helped, with being friendly and courteous, not to only my wife and I, but as well as our two young girls. My wife and I could not have asked for better service from the (all) associates that we encountered at Curry that day. ! will be seeing a lot of the same people that I saw that day, as I will continue my business with Curry Honda of Chicopee. Yesterday, my husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from your establishment. As everyone knows, purchasing a vehicle can often be a long and exasperating experience. I consider that to be the rule and yesterday's experience the exception.
Despite my overbearing persona (you see, I came fully prepared to get my own way regarding both the trade and the purchase) your staff treated us at all times with respect and courtesy. Specifically, I would like to give credit to Sales Consultant, Will Fathi Ahmed and Sales Manager, Mike McCurry for having the patience and fortitude to work with us in writing a fair sales proposal that involved compromise on both sides but in the end benefited all concerned. I would like to start by saying that after four Honda dealerships (one very bad experience) Curry Honda "has it going on", what a great expericence!!! From the moment I went in, with my three kids 3, 7 and 9, the staff was willing to help and make my Honda purchase experience the best of its kind. Will Fathi Ahmed and Rick Gordon made this happen, the very high level of personal customer service made the difference, not a manager behind a wall but one very visible and very involved, there at the front of the line. These two member of your staff reflected everything you hear on the radio. Curry Honda is the BEST!!!

I would like to call attention to one of Curry Honda's outstanding employees, Mr. Joe Tomaino.
I am a loyal Honda customer and recently purchased a Honda Certified 2005 CR-V from my local dealership, Motorcars Honda, in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The car is for my daughter Carolyn who is a graduate student at Springfield College.
The car needed service under warranty, and Carolyn was having difficulty getting timely attention from another Honda dealership in the area. I made contact with Mr. Tomaino who promised to give this potential safety problem his careful attention. Joe did an absolutely outstanding job! He took in the car, gave it a close inspection, fixed the problems, kept me informed, and helped look after the warranty issues.
I am very grateful for Mr. Tomaino's dedicated and conscientious service. With my daughter far from home with her first car, obviously this could be a source of worry. Joe has helped give me peace of mind, and I wanted to commend his professionalism. Yes, Curry Honda and its employees are "Simply the Best!"

I am writing this letter to express the positive customer service we received at Curry Honda on Monday, April 20, 2009.
I arrived at Curry Honda approximately 4 p.m. I had been to Lia Honda in Northampton earlier that day, but had notmade a definite selection. So I was just browsing when I entered Curry Honda. We were introduced and greeted by Mohamed Noury known as "Big Mo".
Big Mo was very polite, articulate and engaging. He was very interested in what my specific needs were, and exchanged very useful information about several cars. He rode with us without any disruptions as we test drove a 2002 Honda Civic car. He provided a "hassle-free" atmosphere and allowed us to really test drive the car to our satisfaction. We verbally commended him on his salesmanship style, and began to entertain the idea of purchasing this car.
After some negotiations, we agreed to purchase the 2002 Honda Civic, by leaving a deposit that day. We returned on Tuesday, April 21 to receive the car, and were welcomed by all staff. Big Mo certainly made a positive impression on us, and we will refer all future Honda car owners to Curry Honda and specifically to Big Mo. He is truly an asset to Curry Honda.
Thanks again to Big Mo for his outstanding, great service and to the Business Manager for his financial savvy.
