Where do I begin? I would like to start off by thanking Candace and Rick on a wonderful, pleasant, and easy process on purchasing my new car from Curry. I would like to call attention to one of Curry Honda's outstanding employees, Mr. Joe Tomaino.
I am a loyal Honda customer and recently purchased a Honda Certified 2005 CR-V from my local dealership, Motorcars Honda, in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The car is for my daughter Carolyn who is a graduate student at Springfield College.
The car needed service under warranty, and Carolyn was having difficulty getting timely attention from another Honda dealership in the area. I am writing this letter to express the positive customer service we received at Curry Honda on Monday, April 20, 2009.
I arrived at Curry Honda approximately 4 p.m. I had been to Lia Honda in Northampton earlier that day, but had notmade a definite selection. So I was just browsing when I entered Curry Honda. We were introduced and greeted by Mohamed Noury known as "Big Mo".
Big Mo was very polite, articulate and engaging. He was very interested in what my specific needs were, and exchanged very useful information about several cars. He rode with us without any disruptions as we test drove a 2002 Honda Civic car. He provided a "hassle-free" atmosphere and allowed us to really test drive the car to our satisfaction. We verbally commended him on his salesmanship style, and began to entertain the idea of purchasing this car.
After some negotiations, we agreed to purchase the 2002 Honda Civic, by leaving a deposit that day. We returned on Tuesday, April 21 to receive the car, and were welcomed by all staff. Big Mo certainly made a positive impression on us, and we will refer all future Honda car owners to Curry Honda and specifically to Big Mo. He is truly an asset to Curry Honda.

My Review of Curry Honda:
I went to Curry Honda because I recieved the best price. I shopped at 2 other Honda dealers, and Curry had the best price for a lease. Andy Bassett was very friendly and was very perceptive to our needs. He explained the different options available as to leasing and/or buying. He was always there when I called and answered all of my questions. I recieved a decent price for my trade in. I called the day before picking up our car, and asked if I could get a different color. Andy said no problem, he could have one there the next day. When I came to pick up my new car , Andy was right there waiting and had the car all ready to go, filled up with gas. We also got the glass etching, which was done in less than 10 minutes. He got the plates within an hour and put them on the vehicle. He went over the whole car and the manual with us, and showed us how to program the locks and radio, ect on the car. Andy gave us his cell number and told us to call anytime with any questions or concerns. Overall we had a very good experience with everyone at Curry.

Curry Honda is an outstanding establishment. This is NOT the closest Honda dealership for me BUT it is well worth the extra miles.
The sales person (Will)was knowledgeable and so easy going. He was always courteous, he never made me feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. The entire experience of buying a new car was not even on my radar that day. I went in for a routine oil change, struck up a conversation with Will and he told me about a special Honda promotion. Voila' I have a new car and the best part is my payments are virtually the SAME... :)
I totally recommend Curry Honda for sales AND service. It doesn't get any better than CURRY

My Review of Curry Honda:
After a bad experience at another local Honda dealership, my wife and I purchased a new CRV from Curry recently. The sales experience was the easiest purchase experience we have ever had, and we are completely satisfied with the purchase. Unlike another dealer who "low balled" our trade, Curry gave us good value for our trade and had the lowest price on the CRV we wanted.

I would recomment this dealer and our salesperson, Will, in particular. He had an easy going, friendly manner and was knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove before the purchase.

My Review of Curry Honda:
Being new to the area, I was looking for a reliable dealership with friendly people who could explain things to a guy that knows very little about cars. I tried Lia Honda, but did not find the people there to be particularly informative or friendly - felt corporate and rushed. I saw the reviews for Curry and decided to try this place out. I've found my new car service home!

I've been here twice: once for a 70,000 mile check-up in December and once for a battery replacement just last week (battery died in the recent cold weather). For the first I dealt with Jason and for the second I dealt with both Joe and John. I was very appreciative that after the check-up Jason gave me a sheet describing the status of various components of the car (belts, tires, etc.) AND was willing to explain much of it to me. My old Honda dealership in the Chicagoland area, like Lia, would just give me the bill without any forms explaining the shape my car was in. Jason did warn me about my battery being pretty much gone, but I figured I'd ride it as far as I could. Once the battery died, I called Curry and they fit me in that night. Joe met me, took a test of my battery right on the spot and showed it to me. 30 minutes later and I was good to go with a new battery. John followed up and answered a few other miscellaneous questions I had.

I interacted with Jason the longest and found him to be genuine, friendly and knowledgeable. Joe and John seemed much the same - great guys! Based on my experiences, I'd recommend giving this dealer service center a try - they've got some outstanding people working here.

I had a problem with my battery because of the extreme very cold weather recently, and called the Service Dept. at 3:30 P.M. Joe told me to jump the battery and bring my vehicle down right away, and he would stay over past closing if necessary to provide the service I needed. My vehicle was taken care of in less than 1 hour, and I was on my way home extremely satisfied with the quick service Joe provided

Andy Bassett made my family and I feel welcomed (which we did not at some of the other dealerships we had visited). He was respectful and knowledgeable! Answered all of our questions and then some! We were able to reach an acceptable price on our 2011 Accord coupe! He made us feel like family; he gave me his cellphone number and told me to give him a call, regardless of the time, if I ever had a question or ran into any problems with my new car. He went above and beyond the call of duty; which exceeded all our expectations! Curry will definitely be our first choice if we were to purchase another vehicle!

This was my first experience with Honda. I've owned a GM or Chrysler product for the last twenty years. I also tried the Hyundai (both Santa Fe and Tuscon), the Kia (both Sorrento and Sportage), the Toyota RAV4 for comfort, mileage,

I stopped by after the dealership had just closed. Carlo was about to leave, but he took the time (while his family waited in their car) to help me. That courtesy was quite a first impression. He was always polite, kind, and answered every question to my satisfaction. I will refer any friend or family to Carlo at Curry Honda.

Purchased a Subaru from this dealer in 2003, MY wife was very intersted in a new Honda CRV. Meet in lot by Reno when we decided to stop and look at the car. Reno gave us a test drive,was very friendly and helpful and did not pressure us in any way. We had some concerns about road noise and Reno explained it is often the road surface and was able to get us the car overnight to really test it out. It did prove to be the road surface (Reno was right). The next day we sat down to discuss options
if we were to buy the CRV we wanted. Reno methodically explained our options lease,
buy, etc. we had a price in mind before going to the dealership (consumer reports
car buying service) We discussed financing and trade in for our 03 Subaru.
We haggled some and came to an agreement. The process was overall low to no pressure
the price was good but not great, the trade in was ok but not great. However my wife
has had all her service at this dealer and is happy and wanted to continue doing business here. Overall the experience was good. Reno did a good job, and we are happy
with our purchase and will consider them again in the future.

My husband brought the car home for a test drive. When we returned to the dealership we were greeted immediately.. Our sales person was there to answer any questions we might have and when we did had all the answers. If he was not sure he got the answer for us. At no time was he pushy, his concern was for us to be comfortable with our decision. My husband told him how I did not like looking for cars and Reno made it quick and painless.. My husband and I left there both very happy with our lease.

I recently purchased an Accord Coupe from Will FathiAhmed and found the purchase to be a terrific experience. Will was knowledgeable about the vehicle and went the extra mile to locate the color combination I was looking for, something made more difficult by the recent events in Japan. I had expected to wait 2 - 3 weeks and was quite pleased that it took less than a week to deliver the car to me. The car was in impeccable condition when delivered with all accessories I had ordered installed, clean, inspected, registered and ready to go. The orientation to the car was done well.

This was an excellent experience and quite different from purchase experiences I have had at other dealers. I will be back.

We had been looking for a car for months going back and forth amongst a handful of makes , models and dealerships. Added to the challenge was taking time off of work, squeezing our shopping between athletic events, and keeping the kids entertained during the process. We had endured aggressive salespeople who went from credit check to delivery date in a single breath to outright rude and insulting ones. Our experience at Curry Honda was a welcome relief from all of that. Will Ahmed at Curry Honda was calm, polite, well informed, and clearly personally interested in fitting us into a car that best suited our needs, most of all he was all of this despite assaults by our challenging 3 year old. Our experience at Curry Honda was wonderful and we will recommend friends and family alike to spare themselves the pitfalls of car shopping by making Curry Honda their first stop.

This is our third Honda Pilot that we've purchased at Curry's; need I say more! We have been customers since 2003 and are so satisfied with every aspect of Curry's. I've come to know the service staff and specifically, Jason. Any time I have an issue, I'm greeted by name. Jason, has always gone out of his way to assist me with problems; something I appreciate. He knows I travel over 24,000 miles a year in my SUV and it has to be dependable because I'm travel at all hours of the day and night into small hill towns where cell phones service is rare. When I was ready to start looking at replacing my 03 Pilot; Jason walked me over to Brett Cohen and personally introduced me to him. I didn't know Brett when I began looking at the 2011 Pilots but I came to respect his input and he understood my needs in a SUV. He kept working with me until we finally could work out the numbers. I couldn't be happier; I got my new Touring Edition and he got a happy customer. At the end of the day I new I had met yet another member of the Curry staff treated me as everyone should be treated ... with respect, attention to detail, and an open invitation to stop back any time to ask questions, get help setting one of the features I just get stuck over and just to say hi. I know when I go to Curry's I'll be taken care of as well as my car. When they say "it'll be ready in one hour," it is and I get a full explanation as to what was found, what was done, comments about any work I should plan to do in the future, etc. I couldn't ask for more. See for yourself; they are one of a kind in this day and age.

I have purchased many cars over 35 years; the service and assistance I received from Mr. Fathiahmed is by far the best I have ever experienced. He was a pleasure to buy a car from on both occasions; due to his friendly approach, his unquestionable honesty, and his professionalism. It is obvious that Mr. Fathiahmed loves his work.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew a lot about the CR-V and cars in general. She answered all my questions and was patient if I asked her to explain things again. Her explanations were also very clear. All in all, she made the experience enjoyable--or as enjoyable it can be for a worry wart.

Also the dealer/manager worked with me, regarding the price. The only negative part of my experience was that I had to wait 2 hours when I went to pick up my car. But then I bought the car over the weekend, did the paper work on a Sunday, and so the service prep had to be done on a busy Monday morning.

I didn't want to buy from a huge company like Lia, but was pleasantly surprised.

My elderly mother in law wanted to by a Hybrid car. A week ago I went "scouting" to see what was out there for her.I was fortunate enough to stop in at Curry Honda and worked with a terrific gentleman named David Medina. Unfortunately my mother in law became ill and could not come into the dealership right away. David was very patient and kind and gladly put the car aside in order for her to see it when she was better.David called not to see when we would be in to buy the car, but rather to see how she was feeling!

Well as soon as she was better first line of business was to go see the Civic Hybrid. I called ahead to let David know we would be in and I learned that David had a well deserved day off and another salesperson would help us. That is when we met Reno Cristillo.

Reno could not do enough to make sure my mother in law was confortable and happy.A true gentleman who made sure she understood all of the bells and whistles this car had. He was patient and kind and took his time with her even though this was David's sale.

She took delivery of the car yesterday and both David and Reno worked together to make sure she was happy, understood her new car and told her if she needed ANYTHING to give them a call.

If you are looking for a HONDA; go to Curry. If you want White Glove and OUTSTANDING serivce only ask for David or Reno. You will not be disappointed.

I am not from the area, but my car needed some work and I noticed that Curry Honda had some decent reviews. They were nice enough to take a look at my car and give me a free quote (that's the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1). Based on my past experiences, I felt that my car just needed a new right axle, but the man at Curry Honda told me I needed both axles replaced since the left boot had a tear in it. Also, he said he needed to go through the exhaust system to get to the axles and he'd have to replace that too since it was all rusty. He wanted $875. I was a bit skeptical about this (since I was there by myself and I am a girl who doesn't know much about cars...), so I called another shop in the area. The man told me over the phone that he has never had to go through an exhaust system to replace axles, and that he could do both of mine for $450 (assuming both needed to be done). I decided to take a chance and drive my car up to my boyfriend's place in NH instead. After taking a look at it, he said there was no exhaust system in the way and there was no tear in the left boot (the left axle was in perfectly good shape). He ended up replacing the right axle for me which cost us a total of $70. I saved myself $800 by not going to Curry Honda. Hopefully it was just the one worker who was dishonest. Otherwise, I can only imagine how many people are getting ripped off at that place.

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Bret Cohen at Curry Honda. My first purchase was a CRV some time ago and we just upsized to a Honda Pilot last weekend. Bret was great to work with on both purchases. He was very easy going and allowed us time to think about the options. His knowledge of the vehicles helped make our choices easier and his efficiency made the process an easy one. It was FREEZING the day we went to the dealership, and he even drove us around the lot to look at various color choices instead of having to walk around in the cold. Everyone at Honda was very accommodating. We will definitely be back and would recommend working with Bret to anyone thinking about buying a new vehicle.

I went to Curry Honda because I recieved the best price. I shopped at 2 other Honda dealers, and Curry had the best price for a lease. Andy Bassett was very friendly and was very perceptive to our needs. He explained the different options available as to leasing and/or buying. He was always there when I called and answered all of my questions. I recieved a decent price for my trade in. I called the day before picking up our car, and asked if I could get a different color. Andy said no problem, he could have one there the next day. When I came to pick up my new car , Andy was right there waiting and had the car all ready to go, filled up with gas. We also got the glass etching, which was done in less than 10 minutes. He got the plates within an hour and put them on the vehicle. He went over the whole car and the manual with us, and showed us how to program the locks and radio, ect on the car. Andy gave us his cell number and told us to call anytime with any questions or concerns. Overall we had a very good experience with everyone at Curry.
