Now that we know the 2013 Honda Accord will be making its way to the Curry Honda Chicopee lot this fall, there are some interesting rumors beginning to circulate about the trim levels that will be offered. Specifically, a recent order form that was leaked from the Big H suggests that the company may not only be planning to offer the mid-size sedan with a continuously variable transmission (CVT), but also that an all-new Sport trim may be in the works too.
The order form in question calls for CVT and Sport trims of both the Accord Sedan and Coupe. What's more, the new Sport trim will also be available with either the new CVT option or a six-speed manual one too. That means fans of both body styles and transmission types will be treated to all the fun that the redesigned Accord has to offer.
Then what's the defining feature of the Sport trim, if not the inclusion of a CVT? That's something that we're simply going to have to wait for more information on. And it's something that you can be you'll the first to know about once we do, as everyone at Curry Honda Chicopee, located at 767 Memorial Drive, Chicopee, MA, is dedicated to keeping you informed.
What we do know for now, however, is that the all-new 2013 Honda Accord is set to be offered with either a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder Earth Dreams engine or a 3.5-liter V6 Earth Dreams engine. A third powertrain option will also be offered in the way of the 2013 Honda Accord Plug-In as well.
